We now offer outdoor therapy for those who are interested in accessing counselling in a different way.  

Walk & Talk Therapy

Rather than being sat in a clinic room, this new type of therapy encourages you to get outside and talking to each other in a less formal atmosphere and can often include bringing nature and movement into sessions. Walk & Talk Therapy can be especially useful for people who don't have the time to get outdoors often and would like to combine gentle exercise with their experience.
