As part of our workplace wellbeing programme, we can offer counselling and coaching for individual employees tailored to own support needs as well as bespoke workshops and training courses for teams aimed at enhancing wellbeing, reducing absences and increasing productivity.

Professional Coaching

The International Coaching Federation describes professional coaching as the process of “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” In the business world this is a collaboration through which employees and managers can develop new skills, create a clear career path and improve their performance with the help of a certified coach.

Work / Life Balance

Work-life balance is an important aspect of a healthy work environment. Maintaining work-life balance helps reduce stress and helps prevent burnout in the workplace. Chronic stress is one of the most common health issues in the workplace. It can lead to physical consequences such as hypertension, digestive troubles, chronic aches and pains and heart problems. Chronic stress can also negatively impact mental health because it’s linked to a higher risk of depression, anxiety and insomnia.

Lifestyle Changes

Your lifestyle includes any choice or action you make that influences your life in some small way. Taken together, these choices and actions reflect your attitude and values. During a wellness programme, you’ll be encouraged to make changes to your lifestyle. Mental Health First Aid

Mental health first aid is a training program that teaches members of the public how to help a person developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
